Well, I finally got tired of working on that Spiderweb quilt, after making lots and lots of blocks for it, and am going to go back to the pink and white string quilt. This is a really pretty one for Menucha, and it matches her pink and white bed so perfectly. I picked up some more pink fabric when we were in the States, so now I can go back to it and finish up the blocks. Then I'll quilt it over the winter, still haven't decided how it should be quilted, but a good guess would be Baptist Fans, wouldn't it? Very traditional.
But wouldn't it be faster to just tie it? Hmmm, that's a thought...

Baptist Fans look great on these string quilts - I machine quilt many of the HeartStrings ones with fans but string quilts were traditionally tied so that works too.
