View from my room

I always love this view. Every day it looks a little bit different. In the winter, which is our rainy season, the hills are just a bit greener. After it rains, the haze in the distance disappears and we can see the mountains of Jordan rising up on the other side of the Dead Sea Valley. Sometimes after it rains, we can see multiple rainbows on the horizon. The trees that you see in the picture are part of the Mir Forest, which curves around through a long valley. Part of the forest winds around right below my house.
