Orange Peeling...

I have almost all of my little Orange Peels appliqued. It's not fancy, but I just love making these little blocks. Today I even made a couple while I was on the bus going to Betar for our weekly quilt meeting.

Have been thinking lately about how we are always trying to find ways to make our quilts faster, faster, faster, when sometimes the process of just working on the blocks slowly and one stitch at a time is so calming and lovely. It seems easier to sit and think while working on those little stitches, and not rushing along. What do you think?

I agree, making quilts in a slow relaxed way is for me. This will be a darling quilt.

I agree and that quilt is looking so lovely. What are you planning on doing with it? Enjoy the process :)
