Out of Touch

The week is half-way over, and I haven't had  a chance to check in here. But there is a good reason for that. Actually not a great reason. Sunday evening, I hurt my back as I was doing some un-cluttering, and have been in PAIN since then. Nothing else would make me miss my quilt meeting Monday morning, but there was no way I could sit on the buses all the way there and back. This morning, I was ready to turn myself in at the emergency room, but my doctor told me to come and see him in his office instead. So I have an appointment in five minutes. I hope he will be able to give me some relief...morphine, perhaps?
Since I have been so uncomfortable, I did a little sewing to take my mind off the pain. So I will have some pictures to show you next time. :-)
Hope you are staying cool on these hot days!

Ouch! Refuah Shlema, Susan. Is this something a chiropractor can help with?

Susan, I was hoping you were all better by now. I feel so bad. Refuah Shlema! You should heal quickly. There is too much quilting to be done.

Sorry to hear you are in such pain. I wish you a speedy refuah shelaima.
Shabbos usually helps all our aches and pains. Have a painless one.
