This quilt was pieced several years ago. I had a "turnover" of Moda's Swanky fabric. It was so CUTE! I couldn't think of anything cuter than PINWHEELS, so it was easy to decide what to do with the turnover. But it took me a long time to decide how to quilt it. And now that I finally am getting the hang of free motion quilting, I KNEW that the Cabbage Rose design would be just perfect.

I used a medium pink thread from Connecting Threads. I like their cotton threads and find them easy to work with. Have you tried their thread? What thread do you use when for your machine quilting?

Such pretty quilting! I use Connecting Threads brand thread also and love it. I stock up when it's on sale.
