Here is version one of my little 9-patch. See those skimpy little borders? What earthly good is a two-inch border?
I think I cut the next ones at 4 or 4 1/2 inches. Now that's a good hefty border, one that a quilter can sink her teeth in! Lots of room for quilting in that border!
Debbie, you're the one who always notices when my pictures don't appear. If they don't show up this time, give me a shout!

Pictures are fine, Susan. I like the simplicity of the nine patches. Nice mix and set up of the colors.
As I followed your trail of posts (the 2 before this one) I was curious as to why there were no pictures. Ah Blogger, gotta love it :( And I agree with you...the wider border is much better.

of course like your web site however you have to check the
spelling on several of your posts. Many of them are rife with spelling problems and I in
finding it very bothersome to inform the reality nevertheless I
will definitely come back again.
