I remembered this morning that this blog was supposed to be partially about quilting in Jerusalem. So I should tell you about our guild! Yes, there is a national Israel Quilt Association, and there is a quilt guild in Jerusalem. We meet every month, at a different member's house every time, and there are about 10-20 quilters at the meetings. And do these ladies do beautiful work. Many of them have to be classed as Art Quilters, and some of them have had their work exhibited internationally. They have been meeting for years, and have formed some close friendships. I'll have to take some photos of their work at the next meeting in 2 weeks, and post them for you to see.
