This is the beautiful Palestine Sunbird. He's bigger than a hummingbird, but has the same long curved beak. A number of them are flitting about near my house now, gathering materials to make their hanging nests. I like their shiny greenish-black feathers. Similar to hummingbirds, they fly very fast!
