Gazelle Sighting

As the winter approaches, more and more often the gazelles can be seen on the forested hillside below my house. From my window I can watch them grazing, very early in the morning. Our rainy season is just beginning, but as we get more rain the dry, brown hills will become green and the gazelles will have more to feed on.

I will never be able to get a picture of one of them--their coloring lets them blend in so neatly with the hillside. So I found a photo online to use so you can see what I am seeing in the morning, as I sit by the window with my coffee mug in one hand and my binoculars in the other, enjoying the wonders of Nature.
