Thanksgiving 2011

Mom and Dad
Even though we don't officially have Thanksgiving here in Israel, we have much to be grateful for.  I am so thankful for a healthy family, a grandson newly engaged to a lovely young lady, and Mom and Dad, here with us on an extended visit.  I am overcome with gratitude for the merciful Hand which allowed my dear daughter-in-law to walk away from a terrible car accident 3 days ago.  The car was totalled, and all 5 ladies survived.  Truly a miracle from Above. Every time I think about it, I am overcome with tears.
I am grateful for my wonderful bloggy friends, and the quilting ladies in Beitar, who are in many ways my lifeline.  So thank you to the One above, and thanks to those here with me below.  My life would not be the same without all of you.

We are all grateful to Hashem for all the kindness we receive from him. May we all learn to appreciate everyday that we have and all those around us.
