Bento Boxes

I really consider myself lucky. In addition to having Sara as a wonderful friend, I get to work on her beautiful quilts. Here is her latest (thanks for the pictures, Etty). Sara had a beautiful collection of Asian prints and chose to use them in a Bento Box quilt.
 Isn't this just stunning?

These pictures were taken before the quilting was done. I stippled the center, and quilted the gold inner border with swirls. It came out really nice. Even though I'm not a professional quilter, and I just use my domestic Bernina machine, it's still possible to do some nice quilting.
Thank you Sara. I'm truly blessed to have you in my life!
