Finished putting together all the blocks. Emmy had to "do time" in the bedroom until they were all together. She had messed them up so badly the day before, and then I couldn't put them back together the way I had them. After struggling forever, I decided just to put them next to each other randomly and let the chips fall where they may--there are no Quilt Police in my neighborhood, so who am I worrying about? And you know what, it looks fine. Now...borders and backing...

Believe it or not, this is my oldest UFO. It's really from the 80's, can you tell? It has the wrinkles to prove it! Not only that, they don't make great fabric like this any more *lol*.
In the olden days, not only did we have Pin Dots, we even had...little hearts. Aren't they cute?

In the olden days I had that pink heart fabric too :) That's a great fan quilt-I love the setting-definitely worth quilting and finishing!

Love your quilt tops!! I pieced the sister's choice block last March, it's next to quilt and bind. I had flannel fabrics and loved the pattern. Bonnie's blog is wonderful, isn't it! I have scraps from the eighties and some of my first projects from that time, lots of hearts and flowers.
